The Therapy for Black Girls Sister Circle is such a space! We know that for Black women, our healing often happens in relationship to one another. The Sister Circle is designed to be a space for you to come together with other sisters from across the world to discuss the issues that matter to you the most and to learn skills and strategies that will help you thrive in your relationships with others, but also yourself.

As a natural extension of the conversations started on the Therapy for Black Girls podcast, in the Sister Circle we take deep dives into areas like setting healthy boundaries in relationships, advancing in the workplace, improving self-compassion, and financial literacy.
